Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the talabet platform, including the website at talabet.club, any related mobile applications, and all services, features, content, and products offered by talabet (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating a talabet account, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager or participating in any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of talabet following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with talabet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this overall agreement. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific product rule, the specific product rule shall prevail with respect to that product only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the talabet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. talabet strictly enforces the 18+ requirement. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation when placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of talabet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether through talabet or any affiliated gaming platform — that is currently in effect.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

talabet uses identity verification procedures during the registration process, including cross-referencing submitted documents against nationally recognised databases where available. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Registration

To use the full features of talabet, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one talabet account. Creating, operating, or controlling multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited. If talabet detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual (by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or identity document), all duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and any outstanding balance may be subject to review pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your talabet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. talabet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact talabet support immediately via WhatsApp or email.

talabet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your Bangladesh mobile number each time a login attempt is made from an unrecognised device.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

talabet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing a withdrawal or at any point during your account lifecycle. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of your registered mobile wallet (e.g., the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the talabet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). talabet does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges, for which talabet accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods

talabet currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 15–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. talabet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a 30-day period.

Dormant Account Charges

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. talabet reserves the right to apply a dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, provided that the account balance does not fall below zero as a result of this fee. You will receive written notice via email before dormancy fees commence.

Bonuses & Promotions

talabet offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for talabet bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from your account.

Bonus Eligibility

Each talabet promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — which may include minimum deposit thresholds, specific game categories, and account verification status — are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts, through the use of a VPN, or through any other form of circumvention will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for fraud.

Bonus Abuse

talabet monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering contribution, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. talabet reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at talabet's sole discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the talabet Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each bet — including the selection, the stake amount, and the market — before confirming. talabet will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet due to a player error, including misidentification of a team, player, or outcome.

Sports Betting

talabet offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change up to the moment the market is suspended. Bets accepted after an event has concluded or after a market is suspended will be void. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific sport-by-sport settlement rules apply as detailed in the sports betting rules documentation available within your account.

Casino & RNG Games

All RNG slot games available on the talabet Platform are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates on an independently certified random number generator. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication but may be subject to change by the game studio. talabet is not responsible for errors or malfunctions within third-party game software; in the event of a technical fault during a game round, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned.

Live Casino

Live casino games on talabet are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games are subject to the specific rules displayed within each live table interface. In the event of a stream disconnection or technical interruption during a live game round, talabet will use the game provider's server-side logs to determine the outcome of the round. If an outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the talabet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating, accessing, or operating more than one talabet account.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent platform security.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets offered on talabet.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during the registration or KYC process.
• Sharing your account credentials with or acting on behalf of any third party, including professional betting syndicates.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing talabet's access controls.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward talabet staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Any conduct that, in talabet's reasonable opinion, is intended to defraud the Platform or damage its integrity.

talabet employs a dedicated security and integrity team that monitors the Platform continuously for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, talabet reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any balance pending investigation, void affected bets and winnings, and share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

talabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• A request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• The account holder being identified as a person under 18 years of age.
• At the account holder's own request (voluntary closure).

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your talabet account at any time by contacting support via WhatsApp or email. Upon receiving your closure request, talabet will process any outstanding withdrawals to your registered payment method and confirm account closure within 5 business days. Note that voluntary closure is distinct from self-exclusion; if you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, talabet strongly recommends activating the self-exclusion feature instead, which includes additional safeguards against re-registration.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances and any wagering requirements attached to those bonuses will be voided. Any remaining real-money balance (i.e., funds deposited and not derived solely from bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the talabet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of talabet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The talabet name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of talabet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the talabet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: download or copy any portion of the Platform's code or content; reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform for commercial purposes; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other server or device.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. talabet has licensed this content for display on the Platform under the terms of individual agreements with each provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, talabet, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account content.
• Damages resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical errors beyond talabet's reasonable control.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers in connection with game outcomes or technical malfunctions within their software.

talabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your talabet account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude talabet's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by talabet's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Amendments to Terms

talabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, talabet will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of the change via email to your registered address and via a notice posted on the Platform's homepage.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications to existing rules, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods — talabet may update the Terms immediately without prior notice. The "Effective" date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent revision took effect.

Your continued use of the talabet Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect, and any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to talabet's operating jurisdiction. talabet operates as a platform directed at players in Bangladesh; players access the Platform on their own initiative and are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with talabet, you must first contact talabet's customer support team via WhatsApp or at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Providing full details of the dispute — including your account username, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant transaction IDs — will expedite the resolution process.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may escalate it to talabet's dedicated disputes team by requesting escalation in writing. talabet will provide a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving an escalated complaint. talabet's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, where those outcomes have been determined by certified RNG or live dealer processes, is final.

Nothing in this disputes clause prevents you from seeking any remedies available to you under the laws of Bangladesh. talabet is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.
